Kevin O'Connor
Kevin brings more than 20 years of investor relations and senior management experience to the Spinnaker team. His focus is on identifying value in small-cap companies and communicating that value to the capital markets.
Prior to founding Spinnaker, Kevin was the co-founder of Genoa Management Limited. There, he applied his investor and corporate communications skills to the development and implementation of programs for clients in the resource, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
Kevin served as Vice President of Investor Relations for Pendaries Petroleum Ltd., a TSX and AMEX listed oil and gas company. He created a successful, proactive corporate communications program focused on gaining and maintaining analyst coverage and institutional support. He is also the former President and CEO of WSR Resources, a TSX Venture listed resource exploration company, where he still serves a director.
